These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Vital Peak. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, services and agreements of Vital Peak.
- Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Services
The services offered by Vital Peak include:
- Sports massage
- Recovery massage
- Relaxation massage
- Sports taping and kinesiology taping
- Sports care
- Recovery support
- Injury prevention guidance
These treatments focus on recovery, relaxation, mobility and injury prevention and are not a substitute for medical care.
3. Appointments
- Appointments can be made online, by phone or by email.
- The client is responsible for arriving on time for the appointment.
- If the client arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened without any entitlement to a price reduction.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.
- If the client fails to attend without cancelling (no-show), 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
- In cases of demonstrable force majeure, Vital Peak may decide to waive these charges.
- If Vital Peak cancels an appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled free of charge.
5. Pricing and payment
- Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
- Payment is due immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
- In the event of late payment, statutory collection costs may be charged.
- Vital Peak reserves the right to change its prices. Appointments that have already been booked will retain the agreed price.
6. Health information and disclosure
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about:
- injuries
- medical conditions
- medication use
- pregnancy
- other health circumstances that may affect the treatment
Vital Peak may refuse or terminate a treatment if it cannot be performed safely.
7. Treatment procedures
Vital Peak provides treatments with due care, skill and professionalism.
No medical diagnosis is made, and no cure or specific treatment outcome is guaranteed.
The client remains responsible for reporting any pain, discomfort or changes in their health during the treatment.
8. Hygiene and safety
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene when attending an appointment. Vital Peak reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate a treatment if:
- safety is at risk;
- hygiene is inadequate;
- unwanted or boundary-crossing behaviour occurs;
- there is intimidation, aggression or sexual innuendo.
In such cases, the full treatment fee remains payable.
9. Liability
Vital Peak is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness.
All other liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Vital Peak is not liable for:
- loss or theft of personal belongings;
- damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete medical information;
- consequences of failing to follow advice given.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Complaints
If a client is dissatisfied with a treatment, they are requested to inform Vital Peak as soon as possible.
Vital Peak will make every effort to resolve the matter in consultation with the client.
12. Minors
Consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required for the treatment of clients who are minors.
Vital Peak reserves the right to request this consent before the treatment.
13. Applicable law
All agreements and treatments of Vital Peak are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
