Inform us of any medication you're taking if relevant
If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment, please contact us beforehand
Arrive a few minutes early if possible
Please ensure good personal hygiene before your appointment
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a large towel to cover the massage table
Cancellation policy
If you're unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
To make the best use of our appointment availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
- If you fail to attend without cancelling, the full treatment fee (100%) will be charged.

In the event of an accident or emergency hospitalisation, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
