ABOUT ME
From personal experience to your vitality.
My name is Mark Rietveld, and I'm the founder and sports massage therapist behind Vital Peak.
My interest in sport, recovery and health comes from more than just professional training. It has also been shaped by my own experiences. Over the years, I've worked on losing weight, recovering from injuries, managing stress and building a stronger, more resilient body. These experiences showed me how much the right support and guidance can improve both physical well-being and everyday life.
What started as a personal journey gradually developed into a passion for helping others. This inspired me to train as a sports massage therapist. Alongside my work as a software developer, I'm now building Vital Peak to help people recover, relax and feel stronger in their daily lives.
At Vital Peak, I combine my professional training with personal experience and a genuine commitment to each client. Having experienced the importance of recovery and physical resilience myself, I find great satisfaction in supporting others as they work towards their goals.
I believe in personal attention and a thoughtful, long-term approach. Rather than focusing solely on immediate discomfort, I aim to support your overall physical well-being and help you build a stronger, more resilient body.
Whether you're looking to recover after physical activity, ease muscle tension, manage stress or simply feel better in your body, I'm here to help you find an approach that suits your individual needs.
